Property Details
Milltown Suite Apartment is in a 1920’s farmhouse with its own private entrance, 9ft ceilings and an interior that has been remodeled and furnished with cabin decor. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). The bedroom has a TV with ROKU built in. It has a bathroom with a big 5ft shower. There is a granite countertops in the full kitchen(refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwaher and microwave). This apartment also has a washer and dryer, so you don't have to pack alot of clothes. Towels, washclothes, and bed linens are provided. There is fast cable WiFi and good cell phone service. It is located about 25 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway(at 4 access points) and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville is about 20 minutes and Brevard is only 40 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
We give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee) for any reason if you take out our cancellation assurance policy which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). This place was very clean, and comfortable. The address is a little tricky, as there is two seperate locations listed, one takes you a block further than the actual location, so its important to look at the photo of the house so you are able to find the place accurately. Also, its worth mentioning that there is a paper plant very close by, which you can hear and smell when you walk outside. Other than that, its a really nice location to explore the surrounding areas and activities of the Blue Ridge mountains. Clean, safe, and peaceful area.

The reviews were correct: the water does spray everywhere. Get to know the tub! Wait until the water is filled above the jets before turning them on. And definitely hold the shower handle pointing into the water. Such a nice place! And the mattress was so comfortable too.

Nice home for a trip up to the mountains! Host is highly responsive, and overall my stay was good. Jets on the hot tub were too powerful (shot water into the air), but the setup with the tub in front of the bed and TV was quite nice. Few flies, spiders, other bugs etc. but nothing major.

The apartment was clean, appliances were spotless and all up to date. The pots in the kitchen were very nice. This is an apartment as it is billed, not a cabin as is stated in some/many reviews. I just want to make that clarification. We booked this last minute and Eric’s communication was great. His help finding the place in the evening was appreciated, especially since the visual on Google maps was wrong.
I would have appreciated some things not included like salt, pepper, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The location is just above the paper plant. The trees hid the stacks but not the odor when outdoors. I am sure they are more visible in the winter.This was fine we got up and left daily for a better environment which the Blue Ridge Parkway certainly provided. It was clean and fine for our purpose but the lack of outdoor space was a bit disappointing.

Home has more than one unit in it. Renters should be aware that the apartment is a downstairs unit and will potentially have guest above you. You have to park on the street and climb stairs to access the home. The unit was immaculate. Eric was fantastic about answering questions.
